  They gave a baby girl cake for my son's birthday and didn't do a thing about it - customer service was terrible- while we were ordering our cake and just about to pay the guy at the counter serves another family before finishing with us. Then when the cake is picked up and it's all wrong he says there's nothing they can do and "are you taking the cake or not?" - the only response we got. I called the same evening and I was told twice to call back. I left my phone number and I was never called back by the manager. I will have to go in person and I will also call head office tomorrow.

  THE WORST SERVICE FROM THE OWNER/MANAGER
  
  I like Baskin and Robbins ice cream from a very long time. The experience I had at this location will definitely never suggest this location to anyone unless u have no other options.
  
  I never ever saw a store that shuts their counter when a customer is still choosing the ice cream and the time is 10.28 pm n they close at 10.30pm.
  
  Yes the product is what's important and I can buy that in a grocery store. If we r spending extra money that's for service we get.

  Just be home from this ice cream place, really bad customer service when I just ask the girl do you have coconut ice-cream and may i try yogurt ice cream. She gave me a spoon with almost no ice cream and started to give me attitude, try to make noise, strongly closing the glass cover of the freezer. I asked her "u are not happy today?". She said "no" and continually gave me attitude.
  Only 5-7 minutes to buy ice cream but it make me feel so stressed with her customer service. Hopefully, the store manager do something to improve customer service quality.

  If you are using WC 1st than you want to purchase thier WC is than out of order
  Lady will not give you the key to use the restroom
  
  I think cuz she doesn't want to cleane it if we are not a costomer on that day !!
  But we do buy on different days !!
  Baskinrobbin wake up your customers will run away from such costomer services .
