  Worst service. Waited with my kids for 15 minutes while the staff passed by and did not even have the courtesy to acknowledge us. This is not the first time this happened.

  I've lived in the area for just over a year and this establishment has been one of the finer points of living in the Erin Mills area. After reading some of these reviews I was shocked to hear that the customer service was anything but exemplary.
  
  I have never been video taped (which seems ridiculous) Other than the extremely busy times I've never really had to wait for my order at all. Catherine and the gang have done an amazing job with serving customers and have gone above and beyond time and time again to make sure every visit for myself my guest and other patrons to be of the highest quality.
  
  I can't speak highly enough about this bakery and its hardworking courteous staff. I would highly recommend it to anyone i know.

  The veal sandwich with cheese it's amazing. The bread is made there and is so soft and goes perfect with the veal. Amazing desserts too. This place is underrated.

  Not bad when it comes to their products but service really sucks
  There is a blond girl there that video tapes clients when they come in
  Well she should know that that's not legal to record someone with out their permission it can lead to criminal charges.

  The bakery's goods are always fresh in the morning, that's the best time to buy from there. When choosing a just-risen loaf to buy, beware of getting a staff member to cut it. I had the misfortune of having my bread squashed and cut without gloves on. Otherwise it's a lovely place, just make sure you're thorough with your requests.
