  Went in last week, asked about the Carmel carrot cheesecake, wanted to know if there was any nut in it, as I am allergic. Had 3 employees helping me, including the manager, after going to double check they all confirmed to me there is no nut in it and told me it just contains cheese and carrots. Just to make sure I asked again to reassure if there was any nuts in it, and they told me again that there was not. So I purchased the Carmel carrot cheesecake and took it home to eat. After eating most of it, I started to feel very sick....so then I went online to research the nutritional facts of the item I got on the coffee culture website. Just to find out that there was damn tree nuts in the cheesecake I ate!!! Clearly they are not fit to be running a business. Coffee culture does not deserve to be open!

  Great place for coffee and delicious desserts. I tried the Godiva chocolate cheesecake. It was so delicious!! The environment is pleasant. Not very loud. My interaction with the staff is nice and helpful.

  Very nice and cozy place. I have been here a few times. It is a good place to stop for coffee and desserts or lunch. Good seating and fire place.

  Refused to double cup my large coffee. Would only offer a sleeve.
  My drinks go cold at home, and I like to warm them through the day.
  Without a double cup, they often leak at the seams.
  I've never had ANY coffee shop flat out refuse to double cup. Some greedy ones charge, but this location said its against their policy.
  So refused to stay, and won't return.

  Washroom, sitting area clean spotless and smelt Good. Its the first things I look at, to understand the place of business.
  Very good customer service, didn’t have any issues ordering food, food prep areas were clean, and no major reason for concern. Customer service was polite, from taking the order to picking up food, and then sitting and eating.
  
  Will def visit again without hesitation!!
