  I prefer this location over the one in Streetsville. The Port Credit one is my fav but this one is much closer. Great portions, always cooked well but service is just OK and they have made mistakes on my orders before and didn't notice until I get home.

  I am an avid Burrito Boyz goer and LOVER. This location however, has no idea what Burrito Boyz is about. The older locations should hold a couple training sessions to tell them what's up. .Slow customer service.. Barely anyone there. My boyfriend asked for no beans, got black beans. We asked for "four sides toasted" (which I have always asked for at any other location, no issues always magnificent) we got MAYBE a little extra toasting on only the original two sides. It was barely warm, nevermind hot.The burrito wasn't even toasted closed, which is the main point of putting it on the grill in the first place. *head shake*
  Straight noobies here. Disappointed.

  Small and busy. Process of getting your food feels a bit like an assembly line, but variety is good. Food quality and taste are good for the price, but there are better choices not too far away.

  I've been going to this location for a while, usually twice a week. This location has gone downhill. The service has declined and the food quality isn't what it use to be. The main issue are the front line staff. Anytime I go there, it takes them a few minutes to even come to the counter. The staff is too busy socializing to actually come serve you. Sometimes there will be a staff member right next to cash, but they won't serve you until it suits them. One of the ladies is extremely rude, no matter how polite you are she just has an attitude. This is the only location I've ever had an issue with customer service. The other locations are friendly and always on point. The guys are the grill are friendly and polite but the main issue are the cashiers.
  
  I was told before I started going here to avoid this location by a few different people and now I understand why.

  The food is great. The inside is trendy and overall good. Where they lose stars is the customer service. For the most part, they are very well trained and nice
  
  BUT, There is a girl that works there, she is a little chubby and wears glasses. She is usually on cash and makes the burritos.. She is Super rude, doesn't take her time making the food and just looks like she doesn't want to. Be there.
  Every time I see her in there I see her fighting with another customer. Just bad business
