  This restaurant specifically is nasty. They leave the bags of buns on the floor, open! Bugs or mice can easily get into the food overnight. It smells moldy, the kitchen floors are disgusting.. and has water damage which is probably where the smell comes from. They leave the cutlery on the floor all night and then wash them in the morning. I also heard they scam their workers and don't pay them. I wouldn't go to this location.

  Had East Side delivered for a small corporate lunch (7 people). Food arrived late, food arrived barely warm, even though we ordered well in advance. The quality of the food was just satisfactory. Might've been better if it arrived half an hour earlier as expected. I guess there's a reason this restaurant is closing many if its doors...

  Horrible customer service.
  Ordered the vegetarian pasta, missing the two main vegetables--spinach and button mushrooms & instead of cherry tomatoes , they used regular sized tomatoes. The food was so digusting.
