  I ordered 12 pc chicken with fries and gravy. I paid extra for a large fry instead of medium. but after coming home I discovered I was given medium fry despite paying extra for a large. At that time i did not have the time to go back to store. I did not feel like calling either as they would have said only SORRY according to my previous experience. few weeks back I went to the store @ Burnhamthorpe X Wolfedale and they gave 2 pieces of chicken less and when i called they only said sorry and claimed that could happen during busy time. They forgot that being right is expected and does not get any extra credit but making mistake is not meeting expectation. they told me to drive back to store for those 2pieces of chicken wasting my time and petrol. I realized that in KFC store the general expectation is that we must check what we have been given before leaving the store as mistakes are accepted norms.

  My husband bought a 10 pieces of fry chicken and median fries ..when I start to eat ..it's like dry and stale chicken and fries the serve customer. I was very mad at this. ..i call and the want to give me back the meal.i don't need the meal..the service is trash ..you can get sick eating that kind of dry and stale fried chicken. ..too much bacteria I hope they little I eat I don't get sick. ..

  Came in, asked for the big crunch, asked if I wanted zinger instead, said no.
  She tells the back, they told cashier to ask if I wanted the zinger, she said I didn't.
  Waited a bit for a fresh big Crunch.
  Get my food, they accidentally give me fries, told them, they said keep it.
  Bite into my big crunch, it's rubbery, taste way off from normal. I go back in, they offer me a zinger or wait for another big crunch. Ask for zinger instead; it turned out to be stale and dry. Extra mayo helped.

  A depressing fast food joint, staffed by apathetic workers. Last time I visited, it seemed to be in poor hygiene, but that may have changed since then.
