  Black teens using wine tasting cups to steal fountain drinks while an employee was cleaning the drink counter. Employees look totally demotivated. Constant long lines. Not very clean area. Easily one of the worst Mcdonalds I've ever been into worth reviewing. Beware of friends of the employees giving 4/5 stars on this site.

  Rude employees. It's long weekend and the line was long so it takes longer for my family to come back to our table. Yet the employees just pointed at me saying I'm only sitting to use free wifi and started yelling "Are you waiting for someone ?" when I looked at her. She even said to call the manager to get a customer "the f out" just because that customer talked back to her. If your attitude is too big, stay home and don't work in this industry. It makes me wonder what kind of manager is running this place.

  The WORST customer service I have ever received from the MANAGER, of this location. Her name is RAGHDA. She is asking a question four times. I hope mac Donald do monitor the calls and listen to it for proof. I didn't not expect this from a manger of a busy location like this one. My grandma bought a fillet o fish from this location and either it was cold or was sitting in the heater for too long. So I told RAGHDA, the problem and she is asking me several time what the issue is. Neither she provide refund no credit. 65 year old woman don't come to mac Donald to get free food. If that what she was thinking. It's very SAD. MCDONLAD SHOULD HIRE MORE REAL CANADIAN, with awesome customer service.
