  Terrible customer service. Worst location I've ever been to. Potato is over cooked and the portions are ridiculously small. WORST MANAGER EVER.

  Classic pork soulvalki and chicken soulvalki dinners were on the bland side. Lettuce for the salad had a plastic bag taste. Garlic bun wasn't cooked long enough after coming out of refrigerator so was soggy. Staff friendly enough.

  After paying we were informed it'd be a 20 minute wait... 30 minutes later, the kids meals had undercooked chicken. No desire to right the situation, only an apology and awkward silence. Terrible dining experience.

  Can pretty much echo what everyone else is saying here. This used to be such a good place to eat and I used to eat there all the time in high school with my buddies - even if it was pricier than other places. But ever since the ownership seems to have changed, the standards have plummeted down. The food is either overcooked and dry or under-cooked. The prices have gone up (it's almost 20$ for a combo) and the portions are smaller! I had to come back for more fries! Customer service is also abysmal. Cashiers & "cooks" are extremely rude and condescending. Also, what happened to having a diverse workplace? There used to be people of all ages and ethnicities at this Mr. Greek, and now there are only young South Asians. This is what makes me think there has been a change of ownership, because in my experience, when South Asians take over a business, more often than not, they only hire their kind and cheap out on things.

  Been eating at Mr. Greek since I was a kid. So I took my son, ordered an original Gyro and 2 drinks ($18 and change). I sit down, the meal was brought out. I take a bite of the gyro and it was cold and like chewing leather. I tried the rice, I could tell that it was off. I went over and explained this to the ladies behind the counter, and they stared at me blankly without offering an explanation. The first one smelled the rice and offered alternative sides and didn't say why the gyro was cold. Then when I explained that I refused to eat there for fear of myself or son getting sick, the other employee said something (not in English) to her and proceeded to explain how the manager was the only one who can do refunds. After I said that I'd be contacting head office, she said "Why don't you take a dessert, those are fresh". THOSE ARE FRESH? Is that the only thing that's fresh? I don't know how these franchisees are allowed to operate.
