  Pretty decent shawarma. Chicken shawarma for $6. The "hot" spicy level is way too spicy, stick with "Medium".

  Not bad for a chain Mediterranean restaurant. Enjoy the shawarma sandwiches & the shawarma on the rocks. If you get fries don't forget to add on garlic sauce on the side. If you are in a rush phone in your order... It won't likely be ready when you get there but at least they may have started it.

  Unfortunately, this once great location has gone completely downhill. I don't know if it is because of the chain's rapid growth, but the experience has gone down tremendously. They no longer serve food on plates when dining in, which has resulted in far smaller portion sizes and the amount of chicken is maybe of half of what it used to be. It's disappointing to see a once great spot skimming on their customers. Sorry guys but you've really lost it as this isn't the first bad experience. Lots of much better Shawarma restaurants out there.

  Sam Osmow needs to tune these people up! They never get the orders right or they ALWAYS manage to get one of them wrong (when ordering for two or more people). Then, when you try to get the order corrected or notify them that it was made wrong, they accuse you of lying! They do NOTHING to help fix the problem!

  For a quick bite to eat this is a great place, if the lineup isn't too long. They recently improved their ordering setup with toppings showing up on screen when you order, which is really an improvement over the old way of having a piece of paper up. Everytime I've gone the staff have been friendly and quick even when things get busy.
