  Ordered moussaka and it was cold forget that it was cold, it had a sour taste like it gone bad ..I asked the manager and told her that I always order moussaka from other paramount locations and it never tastes like this sour but she insisted that it taste same everywhere ..she asked if I would like something else and I got lentil soup which was again cold dish. Also they were no spoons at the table my soup came without a spoon I went over cashier asked for one it took them 6 minutes to bring me one spoon.
  
  It is Ramadan now and they took almost 10 minutes to serve us water ..dates came bet there was no water ..
  
  Terrible and slow service ..

  Very terrible service at this location, firstly half of the food did not come. The meat was not cooked. Waited more than half an hour, asked one of the servant and he ignored me. Asked for more bread and the never brought it. My daughter asked the waitress for ketchup two times and also they did not bring the ketchup.
  After I got mad and spoke with their team lead he made new plate which was way better than the one I got in the first place.
  Will never eat at this restaurant again :(
  team lead was very nice and he tried to fix the problem after I lost my appetite to eat

  DON'T BOTHER ORDERING FROM HERE. I ordered at 6:09, at 8:33pm I get a text (not even a phone call) saying my order had been cancelled, they let me wait for 2 hours and didn't even bother writing up a reason. I called Just-eat customer service and they were no help either because (as the lady said) "we are just the middle man" they didn't have a reason either, this after one of them had called saying they would be late with their order but that they would deliver it for sure. If someone from this excuse of a restaurant is reading this, I'll tell you what you need to fix : my order was placed on one of your busiest days, if you can't comply, DON'T OFFER DELIVERY SERVICES ON BUSY DAYS, better yet... DON'T CALL ME SAYING YOU WILL DELIVER IT LATE BUT WILL DELIVER IT, third... at least give a reason for canceling, last but not least DON'T CANCEL MORE THAN 2 HOURS AFTER AN ORDER IS PLACED. How the heck am I supposed to get food now? I don't have a car and I have a baby, I trust services like this for food, IF YOU CAN'T DELIVER DON'T OFFICE THE SERVICE. Needless to say, I'm never ordering from you again.

  Wow! Food is amazing. Meat so soft and juicy... need to visit again! :-D Great variety of drinks as well. Only 4 stars as order has to be done at service point.

  Great place to have lunch and dinner. The place can very busy during rush hours. They do have couple more locations. Staff is very friendly. Their newer location in Heartland is also just as good and they both feel cozy. Very family like atmosphere. I would def. recommend it.
