  One of the best Pizza Nova I visited. PIZZA Nova is usually a higher quality Pizza than other competitors such as Pizza Pizza. I am not a pizza expert but I am always satisfied with the pizza I order from this location.

  Rated 2 only to be fair, because the pizza wasn't bad. Customer service sucks, both in this store and at head office. The guy inside charged me $9.09 for a small cheese pizza. He said that's their price. He said $7.49 for small but extra is for extra cheese, which I had to get otherwise there would be no cheese on it. I didn't want extra cheese but I didn't want him to make me just a sauce pizza. And to be fair he did put extra cheese, which I do not like. I complained to head office and they offered me something like 25% my next pizza. Wow. What a deal! Like I would come back again to save $3 off my next pizza. If they took customer retention seriously they would try to make things right. It's their loss. Loser franchise anyway.

  Order is always done on time (or early!) and completed very accurately. Having worked in the pizza industry before, I know a good store when I see one. This store is always very clean, and sharp! Staff/Owners always greet you and treat you as one of their own. Very kind and courteous people working there. I've always looked at pizza nova as anotber franchised store, but seeing as pizza nova doesn't use convection ovens like every other store out there, but a real stone oven! This location is amazing and I'd recommend it to anybody in port credit!
