  Worst customer service ever. Got my order wrong...gave me a credit. Used the credit, order wrong again! When they replaced the second WRONG order, it was...yup you guessed it...WRONG again. Tried to call and rectify the matter, but they're closed. In all honesty no one even once said sorry to me. In all of our conversations. Not once. Customer service shouldn't be a thing of the past, it is the lifeline of consumer economics. Please get your act together Pizza Nova. #notimpressed

  I went here around noon on Sunday and was served by a really nice older gentleman. He was very accommodating and the food was very good. I have legitimately never received more friendly customer service. I don’t know where the other reviewers went but it can’t have been here.

  Awful customer service. The older gentleman is consistently rude and gets upset if you use gift cards. I would never let this man serve any of my clients.
