  Currently under renovations adding a lot of ethnic items. Can't wait to see the store after completion of renovation. This is a smaller store vs the one on Oakville which is very nice

  Superstore has nice stuff at okay prices. Cheaper than Loblaws, more expensive than No Frills. Good variety though.

  5 stars for Monika. Super helpful and understanding dealing with an issue for me, right after I watched her deal with an angry patron in a professional manner. Smiled, listened and offered suggestions. Really exemplified what customer service should be. Thanks for being awesome! Why 3 stars then? Overall 3 after considering the typical stock, condition of the store, some of the other staff members, accessibility and especially one particular interaction with an evening duty manager (let's call her J) that left me not wanting to return. Maybe she was having an off day, but it was definitely customer dis-service. It's a shame since it's the negative experiences that we tend to remember and talk about. Access to the store is awkward through one door with and the parking lot is crowded with tight spaces. If you want to see what a Superstore can be like, check out the one at Trafalgar/Dundas or Winston Churchill/401.
