    We love the franchise but this location is bizarre. Manager seems to be cost-cutting and waters down the drinks . The tapioca pearls were noticeably worse than other locations as they froze right away. Will avoid this location but still frequent other real fruit bubble tea shops

    The actual flavour is really good but they only give you half dink and the other half is ice. Other then that would be 5 stars
