  The food and customer service was amazing! I was impressed by the great tasting lobster and the shrimp. The staff was very friendly and informative. Had a great experience at this location. The prices can be a bit high but the quality of the food is great and worth it!

  I have been to this location a few times and every time is a great experience. I went yesterday with my family and my boyfriends steak was over done so they brought out a new plate and the manger came over and apologized for the inconvenience. We thought, wow that was nice for him to do that. Then we see they they comped that meal. This is great customer service and I was very impressed with how they handled it. This is what makes customers return! thank you!

  We went on a Monday mid-afternoon. There were only maybe 5 other tables and several wait staff working but for some reason service was extremely slow. Ordered the weekday lunch combo, food was good but we had finished our main course and were waiting for a good 15 minutes before our desserts came. And they weren't even custom order desserts, just a brownie with a scoop of ice cream.

  This Red Lobster is always consistent and provides excellent service. Greg is a gentleman and exceptional at his job. Though there are not any more red lobster's close to compare with we've always had a great experience here!

  Unlimited biscuits, friendly staff. I arrived in a group of 5 at 645, and wait time is 45min. There's a large comfortable waiting area, where one of my friends thought that it was our table. They don't take reservations, so arrive earlier or later if you don't want a wait time. During lobster fest, there's a lot of combinations to choose from, and they will do substitutions too. I had the lobster sure and turf. When I asked if the steak was as good as lobster, she said that is just as good without hesitation. The steak came out overly cooked, but when I pointed it out, they took away just the steak, and came back with more shrimp and potatoes with the perfectly cooked steak. I wouldn't get the seafood stuffed lobster again. In general, everything I tried (on my plate and others) was relatively salty. A friend said that this was actually abnormal. Word of advice? Order less than you think you can eat. There's unlimited biscuits and they are the most delicious ones I've ever had.
