  I found this hidden gem on my way to work one day and couldn't be more satisfied not only with the coffee, but with the outstanding service that coincides. Maddie has been the employee behind the counter helping me every morning. She is kind-hearted, positive, incredibly friendly and creates a warm welcoming environment for all. I immediately fell in love with the atmosphere and the employees intuitive attention to detail. This is definitely somewhere I would recommend to others! I appreciate and value all the hard work you do to make your customers happy ladies. Overall, great coffee and even better people who work there.

  There was two batistas the young lady was friendly her Co worker has an attitude problem. My friend changed his mind from a brownie to cookie and was told by smart mouth "too bad I already rung it through ". Atmosphere was okay, washroom was filthy.

  We redeemed loyalty points for two coffees and by mistake scanned the app three times. The barista was unable to reverse the third scan due to limitations with the system, so he suggested we contact Second Cup by email. We did this immediately, and before we had finished our coffees, 500 points had been credited to our account by the Second Cup Customer Relations team. Excellent customer service Second Cup, well done and thank you.
