  1) the Clover coffee machine - this $10,000 coffee machine makes exceptional coffee with great flavours without the bitterness. Not every Starbucks has it, but this one does.
  2) open 24 hours

  Parking may be difficult.
  Might be so busy that there's no place to sit.

  Great place, maybe you want to put the music down a little. other than that its amazing. but put the music down a little. or maybe lower the music volume slightly. i hope this gets to the manager of this cafe.

  I work as a nurse in the hospital beside this Starbucks and have come here religiously for 7 years! I never thought to write a review until I read Ms. Tina Huynh's review on this Starbucks. I was compelled to write a review about Lam because I felt like that was an inaccurate depiction of her character. A few weeks ago I came off a night shift tired and beaten from the night's work to get my usual coffee before hitting the traffic back to Toronto. I wanted to pick out a travel mug and coffee bean for Mother's day and grabbed the nearest barista I could find to help. Lam was surprisingly knowledgeable and courteous to me, something I am grateful for as this Starbucks is always super busy during this time. She even suggested a different type of coffee that is now a go-to for me after a night shift; one that let me stay awake for the ride home, and sleep when I got home. Needless to say, my mom loved the selection and shiny new mug! Thanks Lam. Always good vibes coming from this Starbucks, the workers and the blonde manager are always smiling! Keep up the good work!!!

  My brother and I went for coffee today around 1400. We were greeted by a very enthusiastic, tall and handsome employee named Matt. He was very friendly and upbeat and offers us a sample of the cold brew on tap. He was very knowledgeable of the menu! Best customer service we've ever had at a Starbucks!
