  Really not happy ! I ordered a vanilla cake received a chocolate cake. I saw the mistake when i was cutting the cake at the party . I received only a 50 $ credit on a 165$ cake. Let's just say I'm kind of disappointed.

  This is by far the worst service a bakery could ever give. Getting started with the pricing, they gave a different pricing everytime I spoke to a different representative for the same order. The cake we ordered was by far the most expensive blunder! Being just a bakery it's sad how the cake wasn't fresh at all, it crumble as we cut it and tasted beyond horrible like it was filled with icing and expired bread. Highland farms Longos FreshCo and sadly even Walmart would definitely be a better choice even though they don't really specialize in this. When I called to complain the rep I spoke to told me that the owner would be get back to me which he never did and never even replied back to any of my emails. It just shows how he values his customers and that's how he runs his business.

  Called to place an order for my sons cake and was told to send an email. Did that and never got a response back. Luckily I found another place.

  I'm not sure who everyone else spoke to when they received great service. But I just called to place a cupcake order for my son and daughter's birthday and the individual I spoke to was not customer service oriented at all!
  I called to ask if they do mini cupcakes (as opposed to just the regular size) and the person who answered brushed me off immediately; "No, you need to call and order in advance if you need mini cupcake's, we don't just have them in the store." .... my call was an attempt to order but I guess she ASSUMED I needed it now. I politely said that was fine and asked what their flavor options were and she said "the same as our regular cupcake options"... if I knew what the options were, I would have never wasted my time much less anyone else's to ask a question I already knew the answer to. she continued by saying "what do you want.. me to list them ? "
  if there were too many to list she could have simply directed me to their website or even asked what I had I'm mind. I was in the process of placing a very big order and it wasn't a last minute thing either. I'm glad I had this experience because I would never want to spend my money so people like that can get a paycheck. I would rather spend my money elsewhere and definitely would not do business with them going forward.
