  Surprisingly unprofessional. Long wait at the bar which didn't matter cause my food was delayed anyway. Same with the guy in front of me who waited 35 minutes for an online order that was supposed to be ready when he got there.

  Food was very good but service was very slow. My wife didn't receive the drink she ordered until she requested it a second time. She also found a hair on her plate. Could not flag anyone down so she decided to eat around the area it was found. Staff are polite but not sure why it takes so long to get served? Place was maybe half full. Maybe under staffed. Renovation inside looks great. The waitress did comp my wife's meal at the end when she told her about the issue with the hair.

  Generally love Swiss Chalet, but this location has absolutely horrible service. I waited over an hour for simple meal earlier this year, they offered credit but then they don't honour it when I want to use it. They conveniently lose any record or notes of the service that was provided or credit promises. Go to the Swiss Chalet on Battleford for better service and experience.

  Wait times where very unreasonable. Understaffed and customers under served. Every step of the dinning process was way longer than normal. Would not recommend this location at all.

  VERY slow. It took over 20 minutes after being seated for someone to take my order. 15 more minutes to get our drinks and we were seated for over an hour before getting our food. The restaurant was not at all busy but the waitress was huffing and puffing when new people were being put into her section and it didn't look like she was doing anything. I've never had such terrible service at a Swiss Chalet. Won't be returning to this location.
