  Quite disappointing. Had a take out on Jan 28 @ 8:29pm.
  The 1/3 side rib combo was dry and hard, the sauce was too thick. The French fries are too dry and crispy like they are leftover.
  The bowl of soup should not be called a bowl. It is a cup. Calling it a bowl is false advertisement and they charged $4.99
  If it was a dine in I would return all this "food".
  I had good experience with Swiss chalet until today. I was a frequent customer at the Queensway and Dixie and I would not go back to this Hurontario location.

  Friendly staff. We were there for a private event but ordered the fried chicken to go. It was delicious! A bit pricier than other places though.... we still got to enjoy the rotisserie chicken and ribs though!

  Haven't been here in awhile. Service is good but the food quality has really gone down. No flavour in both of our meals. Chicken was bland and the shrimp was tasteless.
  
  Tried to use a coupon but I couldn't because we didn't spend enough.
  
  Our server was good and attentive. He can't control the food coming out of the kitchen!

  Food is great. waiter Tiffany are awesome. price range is fair for this type of restaurants. Recommended for couples with kids. Ribs was tasty. Chicken looks over cooked, but surprisingly juicy inside. Pasta is ~ok.

  Terrible restaurant. First time my family went (5) we waited 15min for a server to come take drinks. We ordered everything at once due to the delay. We then waited a good 15-20min for food. No drink refills. Terrible run restaurant. Hire more staff.
