  Horrible service. Waited 15 minutes in a dead restaurant before my server even acknowledged me because she was too talking to another server and folding napkins. When she finally came over she had a bunch of excuses and when I said something she rolled her eyes and took me order. Then stood at the bar bitching about me in plain sight.
  
  Never once asked me how my meal was and walked by me about 8 times. When she came to get my plate and give me my bill she was chewing gum or a candy and was completely rude. She had a completely entitled attitude and thought she was better than everyone. Honey with service like that the only thing you're entitled to is a pink slip.
  
  I spent my entire meal watching all the staff and this place needs to go through customer service training. Out of the 6 servers on only 2 and the bartender were earning their paychecks and tips.

  terrible service, we waited for 20 mins to get seated, the waiter took 10 minutes to serve us and after we told him we are in a rush, he said he can not serve us as it will be 30 mins to get any food, no one said anything about the slow wait during the 30 mins that we waited in the line, staff and manager were rude and disrispectful.

  Stop in for lunch while waiting for a connecting flight. I gave a one star based on the decor of the restaurant only. The service was beyond horrible.
  We ordered from the menu, my husband ordered the angus burger and fries, I ordered the grilled chicken club and fries. Now at first glance the angus burger looked fine, however after a bite it was a pressed frozen veggie burger! Big difference between a angus and a veggie burger! My club was supposed to be on a bun it was on toast, no biggie but it was ice cold possibly from freezer to microwave I suspect.
  Now here is where the experience gets interesting! My husband sent back his burger because as I said big difference between angus and a veggie. The waitress who was very rude and short from the moment we sat down, took the order to the somewhat open kitchen and the cook and the waitress get in a argument very uncomfortable as everyone can see and hear! We did get another burger looked the same as it was a frozen pressed party but this was meat, I think! A lot of drama taking place at this establishment and no one seems to care!! Really sad!!
