  Horrible food, and service.. started with nachos (which were supposed to come with guacamole)... once she served it noticed it wasn't there... ordered fajitas too but cancelled because she told us after they are out of guacamole.. so no point... ordered burger and wings.. worst fries I ever tasted and had no napkins or wetnaps with wings.. sauce on the wings was horrible... told the server how bad the food was and she didn't seem to care...won't be going back

  Im feeling stupid for waiting almost an hour for our dinner on top of the 40 minutes it took to get a table. This restaurant is not ready to handle its capacity. Good food though.

  i am only giving one star because you cant give less. My experience was terrible! the service was great however that doesn't make up for the awful food we were served . My fiance was served steak which tasted like it was reheated from the day before i had the chicken fajitas which were equally as terrible the chicken was dry and also tasted like it was from the day before we spent a lot of money on food that was sub par.

  Honestly I'm not one to normally write any reviews on any restaurants but I'm extremely dissatisfied with this new location. Needless to say my experience here doesn't even deserve a single star after eating dinner here this evening. Upon entering the restaurant tonight with my family of 3 were greeted by a pair and told there would be a wait which we had 0 issue with. They took our name down and phone number to be text upon availability and waited patiently. When a table became available the male and female who greeted us, argued where to seat a pair or the three of us and found it quite peculiar to be doing this in front of the customers. After we were seated we placed our order very easily for a family sized Fajitas we were given a single ramekin of salad, cheese, tomatoes and sour cream to maybe serve a single customer. So I kindly asked the waitress if she didn't mind giving us a second as well as second serving of shells, as there were 5 small ones in the container, whenever she had a moment and not sure if this request was ignored or just discouraged. Maybe 20 minutes later our platter of chicken came out and the tray was hot but the chicken was nearly room temperature and extremely dry! I had the waitress take back the original tray and within 5 minutes it was replaced. Second was warmer and sizzling but still very dry. We ate our first share of Fajitas and by the time we got around to our second... we were out of shells and fixings and I would of expected because there was 5 in the container by then for the waitress to comeback and followup with us on how things was now after the order was replaced and if needed anything else. I gave my spouse and child the 2 remaining and waited patiently for 8 minutes thinking the waitress would maybe come by the table and checkup on us or maybe remember to bring the shells and by then got frustrated and had to ask another server to bring us more. Very bad experience I'm sorry and honestly to management I think you need to work on teaching your staff to touch tables a bit better, especially to pay $60 for family order of fajitas and provide minimal items with it. Another thing they definitely should re-evaluate is the large stand up table that seats 8 by the washroom and kitchen. It causes a lot of traffic and maybe watched at least 20 people almost run into each other or waitresses nearly drop food passing by each other. Sadly I won't return and really would not recommend this place unless they try and fix some of the house issues. Great concept and a well needed restaurant in the area but a lot of flaws and service quality is really poor.
