  Thanks for nothing literally. Thought I'd walk over from my hotel and get two cups of your scalding hot brown water (that you're too cheap to provide sleeves for) for my wife before an early morning flight. Walked over in Sub zero temperatures only to find a locked door and staff too ignorant to acknowledge me for five minutes. Then she finally makes a driving gesture. Don't even know why I bothered, little wonder Starbucks and even McDonald's are devouring you.

  I honestly can say there is problems here. Our 2 Turkey bacon sandwich meals #7 were just thrown together. There was no quality or care in the sandwich. For $16.70 CAD I would think they would care what Tim Hortons product look like going out the door. It had slimy pre frozen tomatoes, 1/4 leaf of lettuce,bacon wasent crispy (just had white fat on it)and the bun wasent toasted as we had asked it to be. I've never rated a Tim's before but seriously poor product coming out of this establishment. I will not be going back there. Owner listen up...your Manager isn't doing their job...Tim Hortons listen up...you need to review this locations productivity and quality. It's embarrassing.

  A drive through coffee shop. Parking is only available for 2 cars. Food is great, service is fantastic and wait time is very short. Very professional staff.

  The lady in the drive thru was extremely nice and understanding, but they didn't have the TWO things we wanted, settled for just bagels toasted with butter, and the bagels were still cold! Obviously the training staff doesn't even know how to work a toaster because the cooking staff didn't! They were pretty slow to with just two bagels and 3 coffees.
