  Sorry, I am not finding zero star and have to provide at least "1". Not sure the average rating is still 3.7 ???!!!!. Can you provide your explanation for the customers who had really terrible experience with the food?
  
  The schezwan fried rice was tasting like red chilly powder mixed with white rice, which just had spicy powder tasty. The soup order was cancelled, don't really want to explain the reason!!
  
  Service is not at all good and a bottle of water needs minimum 5 mins.
  
  For other customers, who are planning to go to this restaurant please DO NOT end up with what we had to go through!!!

  Went in after having read some good reviews about this place but was disappointed by what was dished out.
  
  The servings are large and two could easily share a dish but the taste is sub par.
  
  One of us ordered for vegetable noodles but ended up finding chicken pieces halfway through the meal. We brought it to the waitress's attention and she apologized and agreed to give us a discount but then it had already killed the mood for us.

  If I had the option for negative stars I'd give this place 5. The food was good when it opened but now due to very bad management it's now pathetic. Only 2 servers and 1 cook on the weekends. I had 2 bad experiences 1st I was kept waiting for 40 mins to be seated at a table with 4 tables free. The second time I placed an order on their website, was given an approximate time of 30 mins. I walked into the resteraunt an hour later and the order still had not been processed. And neither time was there a manager available in the resteraunt...my advice do not bother with this dump.

  Really good hakka place. Food is delish and staff is friendly. They can sometimes take more time to prep your order. Manchurian is very tasty. Slightly more expensive than other hakka places.
