  This place takes way too long...consistently delayed service and employees are unable to tell you the status of your order even after you inquire several times. Had several people come in after us leave with their order first. Bubble tea is tasty but definitely not worth the wait. Go elsewhere.

  A great place to go for a bubble tea. There's dozens an incredible selection of flavours, and plenty of options for your jelly and your drink.
  
  The food is good to snack on, and the prices are good too.
  
  Staff are always friendly, and you might have to wait a while, but the wait is worth it.
  
  They usually don't even mind if you stay a while playing board games -- as long as everyone is ordering of course.
  
  Great environment, great desserts, great snacks, great prices.

  Update: if you use a gift certificate and pay the renaming balance with cash, you don't get change back.
  
  Poor service. Staff doesn't speak English well, not even conversationally. Music is too loud, which makes everyone talk louder, so you can hear the people several tables over. Takes a long time to receive your beverages. If you can tolerate all that, the drinks are not bad. Just don't eat chicken. They're not cooked through, and they'll tell you it is.

  Great place for BBT! Variety of hot and cold milk tea/teas and love the fact they have mixed tapioca which makes it awesome if you can't decide which size is best suited for your beverage preference (if you are into tapioca that is). If not, they have other variety of fillings such as ice cream, mixed jellies and many more. Their food is pretty good too!
