  Expensive and not tasty in fact. They add too much strange ingredients into a simple katsu don(かつ丼), which makes it terrible and expensive. I just want a bowl of rice with egg and fried pork but not extra salad.

  Been a loyal patron at that place for more than twenty years, since its grand opening when it was still a small business. The service was never great but it's understandable when it was small and tons of people were lining up. Since it's been expanded to the present size, the service continues to be sub par. As mentioned in some other reviews more than one staffs were trying to away your plates literally soon as you finish your last bite (and there was no one waiting at the door). The food is considered to be okay in Mississauga, but don't go there if you are planning to have a relaxing dinner, the waiters and waitresses are constantly in a rush to serve you and get you out of the door almost at the same time. What a bad taste in the mouth, poor management.

  Great service and fantastic food! The amount was ample. We ordered tempura appetizer, I had the Sushi Tei platter and my friend had the Kame Sushi; each arrived with soup, salad and green tea ice cream.
  
  Great deal! Will definitely come again.

  I wish I could give negative stars based on my experience today.
  
  I have been a customer at this restaurant for over 10 years. Today I was supposed to have a goodbye meal with a close friend as I'm moving out of town.
  
  We ordered 4 main dishes to share, one of them a soup that we have quite frequently in many restaurants. When the soup was served, we immediately noticed something was not right. The entire soup was drenched in oil. Even when we tried to dig deeper in the bowl, it was still just oil. There was basically no soup, just bright red oil served in a bowl.
  
  Needless to say we weren't able to eat any of the soup. When the waitress approached us, we had very politely brought this to her attention. She coldly responded "that's just the way it's made" and walked away, making no effort at all to make the situation better.
  
  When the bill came, it was $54. Even though we did not touch the $12 soup, we paid the full amount anyways however we purposely didn't tip because of the poor service. When we handed the machine back to the waitress, she exclaimed "Tip isn't included in the bill!!!!" I had very calmly replied that given the circumstances I didn't think it was right to tip.
  
  This is the part that made me the most upset. She narrowed her eyes, stared at me and said, "Ok I'll remember you", threw the receipt at me and left our table.
  
  It was so upsetting and it ruined the lunch entirely. It was the last time I was going to see my friend for a long time and we were both so upset about what happened. How can they hire someone to treat their customers like this? First they bring a dish that should not have even been served, when it was brought to their attention we were just ignored and to top it all off, they threatened us when we wouldn't tip? She made us feel like we were criminals !!!
  
  I've never written a review and I always try to be understanding of people but I had to write this because I don't think anyone should be treated this way! I would never come back to this restaurant again and they shouldn't even be allowed to have a business if this is how the treat their loyal customers.
