  The MANAGER or SUPERVISOR is very unprofessional. I had a relatively complicated order; it had three modifications. I placed my order and explained it to the lady serving me. She asked her boss, and I clarified that when punching in the 'stop/ask me,' you have to verbally tell the person assembling my sandwich what the detail is. He squints and says, very condescendingly, "Do you work here?"
  
  We work /together/ by me ordering food (and bringing a friend, who doesn't like mcd, to give it a chance) and you understand what I'm paying for, you give it to me, you do your job and you get paid.
  
  I've ordered this specifically modified item many times, and about two-thirds of the time they get it wrong. Hence, the explanations required.
  
  But seriously. Did it feel THAT good to say that out loud and in front of your subordinate? You should be fired for that.
  
  And they got my sandwich wrong. And charged me for an extra combo.
