  We got our free slices after the leafs game here and it was busy but the service was good. The pizza was as good as pizza pizza gets.

  Worst service I've experienced!
  On March 27, 2016 around 2:55 PM I called this pizza pizza location ordering a meal and when they asked how I was paying I told them I was paying by DEBIT. I always order from here so I'm expecting my food to arrive in 40 minutes. My food did not arrive till 4:00 PM. My cousins & I told the delivery man that our order should be free because it took longer than 40 minutes. He had told us that the system was down & that they are not accepting debit right now but only cash. It would've been nice if someone had told us that their system was down and that they aren't accepting debit while ordering. The delivery man told us that we would have to call customer first so he left. We were on the phone with customer service for 40 minutes. Mind you, we used two phones & was hung up by one phone. Ridiculous!! In conclusion this isn't my first time having a altercation with this pizza pizza location. I am very disappointed and will never order from this company !!!

  Absolutely unqualified staff, pizza isn't up to quality. Waited 25 mins for an XL Pepperoni pizza and it wasn't busy and they had 5 staff working at least. Felt like I was in a third world store, the guys working there are low class bums who don't have a clue. Corporate needs to look into this location asap and take away the franchise rights because it's absolutely garbage.

  I had the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service EVER at this location! Soooo disappointed i have NEVER ever had a problem with any pizza place like this one, employees are so disrespectful, rude and they dont ever make customers satisfied! I am truly disappointed and i will NEVER call them back! They literally took 1 hour & 10 mins and they said it was my fault that the companies orders were down. WHAT? Worst customer service ever!
