  the owner of 7171 goreway drive location got the online order wrong. I called the store, and he refused to give his name to escalate this issue. He also insisted that a person who orders online must call the store after placing the online order to confirm their order. THIS IS NOT HOW ONLINE ORDERING WORKS. There is no indication to call a store. Furthermore, he insisted that he cannot see the toppings in the order he receives when placed online. There is clearly a disconnect between the online system and what franchise owners are doing. The franchise owner refused to give his name, or correct the order, and hung up the phone on me. The most terrible service I have ever received from an owner who fails to admit he made a mistake or does not know how to use technology. Archaic business.

  Trusted the reviews on this place and adding my own after being there about 20-25 times. Owners are nice and grateful of their customers. Have only tried the pizza, nothing else.

  There is no option of negative rating . Another wise i will give then rating in negative. Don't have manner to how to speak with costumer. We ordered a pizza he give us garbage pizza . When we asked him to give us another pizza his tone change. I never recommend anyone to go here . We waste $50 so please don't waste your money go to pizza pizza or somewhere else.

  We had driven past this place a number of times and kept meaning to try it out. Today we gave it a try and we're so glad we did! The pizza is delicious, and generous with toppings. Also the customer service was great, we walked in to pick up the pizza as it was coming out of the oven and he had us approve the pizza before slicing it, and thanked us for our business when we left. This is our new favourite pizza place in the area!
