  Gayathri is a very rude supervisor and does not know how to deal with customers. I was in drive through with my dad first and he asked for a small double double coffee instead of asking if he could repeat himself she asked he speak in English and not Hindi. I came out of the line and went into the store to make my orders instead and to speak to the person in drive through in person. She was very unhelpful accusing me that we were speaking Hindi when we were 100% not. When I asked for additional information such as name and phone number she was very rude and unhelpful. She should not be working at Tim Hortons since she is making the company look bad.

  One of the smallest timmies in the whole country, located in the parking lot of the raghead mall, (the locals call it that), at any time there are people sleeping at the tables, and all the drunks sit all day, stinking up the place.

  I've been coming to this Tim Hortons for approximately one year. I have always experienced excellent customer service. Staff are efficient and organized which is not always the case with other Tim Hortons. I would highly recommend this location.
