  Ordered a pizza at 9:40 pm. Guy shows up at 10:40 pm. Argues with me that he came before and no one answered the door. Apparently, Pizza Pizza takes their drivers word over their customers. Such nonsense.

  First order: received wrong pizza, no dipping suace. Scrutiny from delivery man.
  Second Order: received just dipping sauce no pizza. Also severe scrutiny from delivery man.
  Third order: received the right pizza finally but it is practically raw. Very undercooked even at the top. (its the new deep dish pizza, perhaps this location has no idea how to cook it). Same delivery man. I felt bad this whole time because it must not have been his fault at this point.
  Eventually got a credit thanks to the pizza pizza customer service, however this location is an abomination. Avoid ordering at all costs, go to another pizza pizza if at all. Had to call in a total of 5 times and still nothing edible.

  Ok as if pizza pizza isn't already bad enough before I ordered from this store. I even gave them a 2nd chance. There customer service is HORRIBLE and the pizza is even worse. There is no pride in what they do what so ever.
  Stock up on TP if you order from here. Everything is way undercooked.

  Ordered a creamy garlic base pizza. come back 5 minutes later to the worker saying they didn't have any creamy garlic sauce left and offered other solutions. upon asking for a refund since they didn't have what i wanted. they started opening creamy garlic dipping sauces putting on top of what was going to be my pizza.
  
  Either way my pizza would have took more than 15 minutes to make. Address the issues immediately. Don't lie to your customers. Lazy workers. Sitting on the kitchen tables leaves a good impression instead of making my pizza right away. Also clean your washrooms.

  Guy spoke so fast I couldn't hear the total properly and was overcharged. Upon supervisor review the total was confirmed to have been communicated but who knows with how fast he was talking. Be careful and make the person repeat if you can't hear properly. I won't make the same mistake again.
