  Servers were really nice and patient with my toddler. There were crayons for him to colour with. Food is find, standard Swiss Chalet recipes, nothing to get too excited about. The sauce/gravy stuff is good for dipping fries as well as chicken, but it's a bit of an acquired taste I think. There is plenty of seating. A lot of the seating is in little booths with benches. It's pretty cozy. They do have high chairs as well.

  Waited over 20 mins in the drive through, and there was only 1 car in front of us. Parking lot was not very full so they couldn't have been that busy. Unfortunately we were trapped and couldn't leave until the car in front left. We just drove off without the food!

  Never looks like what's in the picture. Taste was fine. But they cheaped out on all the sides, fries not filled, coleslaw, mashed potatoes. Fried chicken coating was just a mess and on the bottom of the box.

  Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for one order. The new crispy chicken was almost burnt. The order was not what I wanted.
