  Service sucks. Sat at the table for 15 minutes before someone even talked to us. Took more than half an hour before we even received anything; no drinks or apps, and then our meal comes.. huh?!?!
  
  AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. Its worth the gas money to go to the erin mills and QEW location to at least get something resembling proper service.
  
  Im curious how the head office even allows this to operate like this. Thoroughly disappointing.

  Undoubtedly the worst Swiss Chalet ever. Bad customer service, cold food, filthy utensils unreceptive service staff. Cara Foods needs to get involved here for the sake of their brand. One star is too high a rating for this location

  I've eaten a lot of chicken over the years. I've been to a lot of Swiss Chalet restaurants. I will never return to this location. I've given them several chances. I won't even order delivery from them. I'd sooner drive somewhere to pick up than to use their delivery and get stuck with this location.
  
  When going in person I've been ignored or had my order not put in to the system. The last time I was here I walked out after the waitress said they just put my order in to the kitchen twenty minutes after I gave it to her.
  
  The food is not cooked to the normal high standards of the Swiss Chalet chain.
  
  Some days I've waited for over five minutes for someone to notice that I was waiting to be seated.
  
  Don't eat here. Save yourself the trouble. There are other options available to you, including other Swiss Chalet locations.

  Most likely the worst Swiss chalet I've ever been at. After 3 attempts I decided to never go back there. Very long waiting time, understaffed and food wasn't great. I almost felt like it's not a Swiss chalet but cheap rebrand... This place is close to a lot of.l potential customers and could do great under different management or major change. I hope they change and get better. Will maybe try again in a few month and edit my review.

  Used to be great a long time ago. Downhill ever since new owner came. Rude owner. Staff are fine. Understaffed. And poor quality food.
