  Upon arrival hostess offered us an inside large bar style table for two people because she "jokingly" did not want to clean a window table. Then about 10 minutes later our waiter came to get our drink order. Gave us a few more minutes to order or 20. Once our food finally arrived about 25 minutes later by a different waitress before we could even say anything she was gone. Both of our drinks empty for our entire meal. No one came to check in and see how our meal was or if we needed anything else. Finally our original waiter came over we had to ask for water. Which we did receive in a few minutes. Then he brought the check and debit/credit machine not ready to pay and walked away very helpful.... I voiced my opinion about our experience and he just passed me the machine with no comment not even an sorry. There where at least 10 people working in this small bar that I could see maybe 15 tables and a bar and perhaps half ful.
  All in all horrible time.

  This is the second time I have eaten here. Will likely be last. First time food was cold and tasteless. Too bad there aren't other options for sit down restaurant in this portion of the airport!
  
  Hostess sat me at a table I asked her if I could move to a plug, but she just walked away. I moved myself to a booth, set up my computer, etc. and asked another server for a menu, which was provided. A second server came and told me I had to leave the booth because it was for families. There were other booths empty as well as tables! I then asked if there was a family waiting and she said "no, but we might get slammed if a plane comes in". How insulting. I then picked up my belongings with no offer of assistance from the server, ordered a 9 ounce glass of wine and she brought a six. Servers don't seem to care. Owner is lucky they have a monopoly in this area of the airport!

  Was seated cramped in beside another table when there were at least 10 empty booths or tables the hostess could of sat us at.
  The server was sluggish and seemed annoyed we came in. Didn't offer alternative sides or drinks.
  The "frozen" burger was still cold and tasteless. The fries were undercooked. My wife's pulled pork poutine was cold.
  Possibly the worst service and food I've ever had. And way overpriced. Even for airport good. In my opinion, if you have a choice, do not visit them.

  Service from Rahim was amazing fast and friendly. The food is a bar food it was good. Has nice bar to and great view of the Plains as they take off and land.

  Bad service, skip this spot! Just had a waitress who argued with us about our nachos. The chips were cold when she served them to us, and the cheese barely melted. We flagged her down to ask if she could get them cooked a bit more. I explained the chips were barely hot and she actually told me that's because they don't make their own nacho chips, like I just fell off the turnip truck lady. She then went on to say the pan was hot so it should good. We had to stare her down until she reluctantly brought them to be cooked some more (microwave? Not sure) and then they were ok. Had to beg for a second glass of water, got attitude then too. Go to Timmys people, this was BAD service.
