  Absolutely the WORST customer service ever. While in a long line waiting,the servers allowed 6 Delta airline employees to scoop to the front of the line all the while loudly declaring that it was a great time to get in line. Ignorant. I've just spent 12 hours on a flight from the west coast, and this is how they treat people ?? When I spoke to the server at my turn, I asked her how that was ok? She laughed. Are you kidding me????? I told her that it was not ok and she quickly lost her sense of humor. I have never had such reprehensible service at Tim Hortons.
  This one is located at the B22 gate. SHAME on you!!!! I hope head office reads this. If you know how to forward it please do.

  Worst customer service! They have some of the slowest people working here. They need to change all their staff and hire people that can handle the airport pace.
