  I'm Canadian raised. There have been Tim Horton's restaurants in the GTA since I was about 10. I have been to hundreds. This is the worst one. Slow, inaccurate with orders and apathetic staff to consistent lineups. Mall locations should be the fastest in the country, not even a drive through to worry about. What's the hold up? It's not turnover, I recognise the ineptitude by name at this point. I only write this in hopes the owner reads it.

  My recent experience yesterday turned out to be horrible because of a rude staff member called Breena.
  For the first time, i ordered loaded wedges after learning that it had "just cheese and 'chilli '- the spice as we know it , telling her that I was a vegetarian because of my religion and even confirmed another time asking "hope it does not have anything non vegetarian in it?" she wrongly advised me that it had nothing non vegetarian and me and my mother, who are both Hindus by religion, ended up putting the BEEF in our mouth. Unconvinced with the look and taste of it, I again went up to the register and asked where apparently the store supervisor confirmed my doubts much to our horror!
  When confronted, this girl was absolutely unapologetic and was ready to fight from behind the counter; accusing us instead that we were not " precise"?!?!!
  Wonder how much more precision is needed at Tim Hortons after having used the words -" I am a vegetarian " and " I hope it has nothing non vegetarian in it".

  When the line-up isn't bad, the staff is great and I get my order quickly. Otherwise I'm usually in line for about 15 minutes before I head over to the other Tim Hortons / Wendys location outside of the mall.

  My mother patiently waited in line for a good 20 min. She approach the Cashier, Salman ignored her and did not acknowledge her presence right in front. Two customers have already been waited on the other side whilst my mother did not even have the chance to order her coffee. She waited some more and went to the other cashier. She notified the other cashier and the manager, Tracy, that Salman did not eve notify her to go to the other cash. The manager noted that "If you were patient, you would've gotten your order." This was really demeaning to the customer and my mother felt so awful and did not want to buy her coffee anymore. I went to the front and asked to speak to the manager, Tracy, but instead she yelled across the front and did not approach me and said "We would have given her her coffee but she left." This is by far the worst encounter I had ever had with a manager. I asked if she can come closer so I would not have to yell from the side but instead she said she was busy and left and went in the back. Salman also answered back at the same time as Tracy. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They did not even apologize for the inconvenience. I hope you can do something about this because this is a customer service business.

  I would not give this even a one star rating.
  Their service is pathetic and slow.
  I got soup from them and they won't even warm it up. There is 0 hygiene being implemented for their food. Lack of oversight by management, kitchen looks dirty and staff is not using the appropriate sanitary process.
  This Tim Horton's needs to be reestablished with new management and a new staff team. The worst service and food.
  
  Very disappointed!
