  Manager was rude. Cashier screwed up order and fail to acknowledge it. Then manager tried to make me pay for bacon on a Jr Bacon cheeseburger for my daughter. He rather argue than say sorry for the misunderstandings. After screwing up our order 2 times I went back and ask for 3 straws and covers for our 3 frosties. Again she didn't listen and gave me 1 straw and 2 covers. Training is lacking and the manager has no accountability.

  Service is usually great and fast. Had food poisoning from this location once due to a bad chicken wrap, but have gone back since and haven't run into any issues.

  Ordered over the phone before closing 3 hours and they say they can't do it and I asked them if I came 2 hours before closing Am I gonna find what I want they say say they don't know. They just was telling me they don't know for whatever I was asking them!!!!!
