  Nice place, very good location close to Square One mall, and you may wait a little bit more to get your order because many people go to this location.

  This place is seemly always packed, but even so the wait is never too terrible. Once you get to the front of the line however, you are set. Prepare to get your bagel and order in a super-human/shockingly low time. (Note: I have never been at this location at peak hours, and your experience may differ).

  I go to this location when I need to get up really early. It's 24 hours however the breakfast (hot sandwiches and fresh pastries) start at 4am. Before that you will get whatever is leftover from the last batch. There are some crazy people and some homeless people from time to time but they are mostly harmless.

  First time getting food from Tim Horton's. Not disappointed. Went during a pretty busy time but very close by my hotel and the staffs were really friendly.
