  Unfriendly staff members, they need to learn to be nice to their customers and provide friendly service with a hello or smile. Also, they take a long time to make my order and most of the times are incorrect and ending up reminding them to get my order right. Unless they improve on their customer service, there are other timmies out there that I can go.

  Absolute BS. They are so rushed in the drive thru that they scam everyone out of what they order whether they get it completely wrong cause they are not capable of taking an order or give you less of what you order. Give your staff better training. It's sad when someone isn't capable of pouring a coffee/ beverage....

  I love this place because it serves good coffee the treats are,awesome the servers are,great.but it's a little confusing where to get your drink and food.

  Girl at the express line cash register this morning was having a personal conversation with a customer she knew and took 5 minutes to take my order because she was talking. I saw her name on her name tag but won't mention it. After finishing with her friend's order, she asked her to write down her email address and continued talking to her even though she could see me waiting there. Defeats the whole purpose of an express line. As a result the line ended up being backed up by 6 people. People going to Tim's in the morning are usually on their way to work and can't afford to have their time wasted. Was also blatantly rude to have me standing there knowing I wanted to order.

  On my way to a place I got a bf sandwich through drive through. I found out that they had messed up my order. So later in the noon around 12 when I was returning, I told the staff about this. Since they still had bf sandwiches. The staff made it for me after asking if I still like and then with a coffee they offered it free. Hash browns were done for day else I am sure they would have actually corrected the mistake with full order. Amazing folks
