  Worst experience .. worst service .. they are not following specs .. our drink was without cream and syrup.. when we ask they add wheeping cream instead of chocolate..begal was burned and wasn't freash at all... Instead of choosing to go Tims go somewhere else for coffee and breakfast.. very disappointed..

  Poor service, and a rude attitude. I was happy that I am the only customer at that time it was late at night though so I decided maybe I could get rid of my 5 and 10 cents. Instead the lady told me that I should go to the bank to get rid of my change. Worst experience at tims.

  For a location like airport you expect that Tim Horton tries to own these places and not franchise. The store at gate e-80 I agree with all the comments.
  
  The line moves so slowly it's insane with such a huge foot traffic you expect it to be quick. The staff looked like busy with chores and no one was at counter to take orders. Clearly not all staff is like that few bad apples don't cooperate and makes the store look bad.
