  OK food, mediocre speed service, nice location. Orders are placed on tablets so you get a nice visual for people that are new to the menu. Staff come over to confirm your order with you. Even when not busy it can take a bit long for them to confirm your next batch. Food is OK, not great, not bad. Their spicy salmon roll is essentially a raw onion roll with pink dye. It's nasty. When they are quick with the order confirmations this is a solid 4.

  Good buffet, reasonably priced. The buffet items arrive in a timely manner and it's fun to pass the iPad around to order whatever the table wants. The salad, soup and dessert bar is well stocked and offers lots of items to choose from.

  I've eaten there before but their customer service has always been poor. I went there for mothers day and we called ahead to make a reservation but the Lady said "it wouldn't be fair to the people waiting in line" so we went there in person, and the manager there said it was all full and no spots were available until 7:30 and that we can only eat with reservation. It was unfortunate because we came from Toronto to eat there in Mississauga. This review proves to you how their customer service is. The three stars is their food because it is really good.
  
  They now charge you if you are not able to finish what you ordered, which is a low class rule in all you can eat.

  Me and my friends go there at least once a month, they had several management changes in the past few years, and recently most of the waiters are new too. We went last night me and 3 friends of mine, food was very delicious, but our waiter "Summer" - the lady with eyeglasses, that is if i got the right bill, her real name could be different, because she took my bill and the receipt away, and when i asked her, she just brought me back the bill without the receipt. She charged me gratuity without asking me, and I was trusting her when i tapped my credit card without looking at the total, because this usually doesn't happen, and even most of the new staff know us, so there is a TRUST factor. After few minutes i told her that i forgot to tip you, gave her a banknote as a tip, she said thank you but didn't mention anything!. Today I'm checking my credit card transactions online, I was charged $5 more on my bill. I called the restaurant and the manager told me next time you come in talk to me I give you $5 discount ... I mentioned to him this is not about the $5, its about breaching trust with a customer that always comes back. I asked for his name he said thank you for calling, good bye and hung up on me!!! ... BE AWARE! ... this might be a new trend in this place, as much as I love their food, I'm not encouraged to go back.

  I always enjoy the sushi and lovely food here. The waiting time worth the service and the food you get.
  One of the few restaurants I enjoy dinning in in Mississauga.
