  I am very interested about this place.
  I am pass to see my friends. I am thinking to buy coffee for my friend. I see tim hrtons sing .I see tree beautiful princess from Disney book .......this tree princess with Tim Hortons make good idea to make money for camp......make me proud to see this .I thanks them and make the picture I take .

  Saturday the Feb 18, I visited this place around noon time. I found a worm crawling on the wet washroom floor. I took a video on this and tried to let the manager know about it. Manager yelled at me in front of the staff and customers saying that it was a fake video. I had to take her to the mens’ washroom to convince her that the worm was still there. Tim Hortons head office was closed for the long weekend. On Tuesday the Feb.21 at 9.58 am I called Tim Hortons Guest Service Department. While I was describing my experience they cut the phone line on me and never bothered to call me back. Both at corporate and branch level they are reluctant to listen to the customers.
  PS. This was my last visit to any Tim Hortons for life

  Staff need better training. The wait time are 15 mins for simple breakfast. There staff does not work as a single unit they are constantly confused and not sure what to do!

  This is a great place to go for coffee in the morning I never find it too busy around 7:30 am.
