  Good portion sizes. The owner was very respectful and nice to us when we walked in. Immediately seated an given a menu and hot tea. The washroom smells nice and it is very clean. Honestly, the pho was average, but I am definitely coming back here.

  A go to comfort place for Pho. Feel comfortable like you're at home. Write your orders down on the receipts and add up the totals yourselves. The food comes quick, the food taste great, and the pho is perfect! Make sure you order it and the lemongrass chicken with rice is also a favourite (little spicy). Always feel great at Big Bowl Pho with perfect food and service.

  Absolutely horrifying customer service. Staff do not even address you, make eye contact or speak to you. Not accommodating whatsoever, and are unwilling to even bring napkins.
  
  Unfortunately, the broth here is very good (so I cannot give this place one star). The quality of ingredients however, has declined in the past couple years. Tendon is no longer tendon (it is a jellied mix of unidentifiable "meat parts"), rice noodles taste cheap and chalky.

  I have always loved Big Bowl and should have posted a review long ago. The staff is always friendly and the food is amazing at a very affordable price. This is not fine dining nor is it meant to be this is just great food and the pad Thai especially is to die for!!
