  The Dairy Queen just got renovated and looks way better than it did before. Everything seems clean. The thing that didn't get upgraded is the service. Unfortunately I had multiple bad experience going there. Rude staff, impolite employees and terribly slow service. I've waited 27 minutes once for a poutine and when I asked why it took that long they told me that there was a lot of other orders even tho I had been there for the last 30 min and saw that they only served two other customers. The one right before me looked upset as well. The poutine was cold and tasted very bad. I won't go again for a while. I hope they get better so I can edit my review.

  Horribly rude staff, including the manager. Manager refuses to correct mistakes made by staff members. Ordered large fries and a chocolate milkshake, got my shake right away but it took 18 minutes to receive my fries. By the time I got my fries my chocolate milkshake was chocolate milk! The new renovations are great, unfortunately a rude, inconsiderate, staff with horrible customer service experience came with the new decor. Definitely will NOT be back to this location!

  Ordered peanut buster parfait not enough peanuts or hot fudge. Really cheap with toppings. I've had it many times at other dairy queens and always had good ratio of toppings to ice cream but not here. Go to another dairy queen. Also peanuts were kinda stale. There was one peanut that I had to spit out I could have broken a tooth. Showed my family they couldn't believe it

  Clean. Orders prepared properly.. once the new cashier was shown where they were on the till.
  Food brought to you at the table--nice.
  Parking lot is small and tight and they have a storage bin parked right out front. Take advantage of the mall parking a few steps away.
